The team themselves is very communicative and easy to communicate with whether it be via text, call or email a response is always moments away. Anyone who is designated to help you with which part of the home buying process you are in or with useful information for finally moving is a specialist with their part!

My entire experience from beginning to end went well. Once I was pre-approved, the team really went above and beyond to advise and support me. The person who absolutely deserves all the praise and accolades is Zach Kieffer. He is the most pleasant, smart, and patient person I have ever dealt with. Time and time again, he never hesitated to answer any question I had. I had a ton of questions. He was well spoken, polite, and explained to me everything that I could ask him. He always answered my emails. He always answered my phone calls. Towards the end of the process, I had several questions. I was nervous. It happened to be on a Saturday. I emailed with the knowledge that he would probably not answer them until he got to his office on Monday. I was totally surprised to see that within an hour, Zach had gotten back to me and calmed me down, and talked me through the problem I was having. He is an asset to Veterans United. I hope this praise does not fall on deaf ears. He deserves to be acknowledged for his hard work and dedication to his clients. Thank you

Derek and his team made buying my first home with my VA loan a breeze. They basically walked me through the whole process of pre approval to final purchase. They answered any questions I had no matter if on a weekend or evening. Derek was able to move my closing date up a few days to avoid a severe storm forecasted for our area. I am very pleased with Veterans United. I had heard about them and they were recommended by other veterans on Facebook groups I follow.
