Mike and his team have been Top Notch throughout the home buying process. I knew from the beginning I was in good hands. This is the second home I have used Mike and Veterans United.
I'd like to give thanks to Sarah Stoll for her assistance as the loan coordinator. Her quick response to the various hiccups in home buying was pivotal in the success of our purchase.
The beginning of the process was easy and smooth, but it quickly turned into an unpleasant experience. Be careful of Nathan Anderson NMLS 1406929 and his “Team”. They’ll talk and butter you up ensuring everything is going smooth. But they are quick to make mistakes making delays in closing. Also they failed to have payments sent out in a timely manner causing you to have late fees and more interest charges that you’ll have to end up paying on your own. They will not fix anything or make any attempt to correct their errors. You’ll get passed off to another “Team” member that will just say the same things about how they are taking care of it. But you’ll have to do the leg work yourself. They are just another loan company, nothing sets them a part from any either company. Don’t let the “Veteran” title and formality fool you. They still have yet to reimburse me as they said they would for the late fees and extra interest fees I’ve occurred due to their negligence. Beware of what you’re getting yourself into. I will never recommend or use Veterans United again.
