I called the phone number online to find out if I could get pre-qualified for a VA loan. I was encouraged and felt valued. I was treated with great respect and was pre-qualified the same day. The entire process from applying to closing was extremely easy. The team was attentive to all aspects of owning our first home, from running numbers for us, to finding the best insurance and even getting set up with utilities, just to name a few. Using Veterans United I don't see how you could be disappointed.
I was always under the impression that buying a house would be a very stressful and difficult process.
