I cannot say enough about our experience with Veterans United Home Loans!!! To be honest I fell into your service by total accident (I did a search for something VA related and Veterans United was the first link)... BEST ACCIDENT I'VE EVER MADE!!!
Scott Davis and Kurt Lofton were very helpful and informative. They were great. The underwriting process was very stressful. It seemed like the underwriters wanted more and more documents. The whole process ran right to the closing date which caused a lot of stress and anxiety.

Lisa and Melissa was fantastic. They always respond quickly, nice, friendly and helpful. The reason I gave 7 out of 10 is the final step where we need to have the final number to transfer money to the title company was delay. I have to keep following up and we didn’t know until afternoon of the day before closing.
The experience was absolutely incredible as well as the registration process, approval/ pre approval, and everything in between was just extremely easy to navigate and understand
