Caitlyn was also wonderful. I had back surgery right when we started the process. She and (VU) sent flowers and we'll wishes. That personal touch was very good. You usually don't get that from big companies. She also was very responsive and helpful during the whole process. She answered all questions and if she didn't know the questions she found out for us.
Randy and Yohannes were so professional, responsive and detail oriented. My agent and lawyer, who work on transactions like this all the time, said there were very impressed with how quickly and accurately VU managed this loan process.
