I didn't have a clue what I was doing when I applied for pre-approval. I am glad I went with Veteran's United because they were a guiding hand to help me through the entire home buying process.
Improvements can be made. A large lender with shortcomings especially before closing. I think government shutdown issues could've been an obstacle. Please, communicate better or send a rep around when closing.
