There needed to be just a little better communication between Veterans United and our title company. Especially concerning payoff of the our previous mortgage through VU and current mortgage that we just closed on with VU. However overall they were awesome to work with. They checked in frequently with us to ensure we didn't need any assistance with anything throughout the process of completing new mortgage.
Five stars to Craig Brumfield and his team for helping me fulfill a lifelong dream of being a homeowner. Five stars to the team at Lighthouse for helping me get my credit score up to VA qualifications. With their help, my credit score went from around 608 to 691. I would recommend to anyone who has served for this great nation to let Veterans United be their guide to homeownership.
All of the staff I dealt with were very friendly and knowledgeable. They kept on top of everything and the app was great at keeping me on top of things I needed to do.

The only issue was communication. I was being contacted by multiple people, which is totally fine, but there were a few misunderstandings with callbacks.
The care and understanding of the men and women at Veterans United provided me with an experience that I can only describe as outstanding and very satisfying. As a veteran, it is a good feeling to know that there really is an organization dedicated to helping me and not just talking about it. Excellent, absolutely excellent.
