I'm very glad I chose Veterans United to purchase my first home. The whole home buying process seemed very overwhelming but they somehow made it understandable in bite size pieces. While I understand there are a lot of moving parts with buying a home, there were a lot of people to keep track of and at times it was frustrating. There were occasions where it seemed like they had too many projects to keep track of. But once everyone was in the same page things did begin to move smoothly. I would have liked some sort of list of all the up front costs. As a new homebuyer I did not know what to expect and it seemed like there were a lot of surprise costs along the way. Looking back they were all valid and needed, I just wasn’t aware from the beginning.

We’ve used VU twice and a smaller lender once for our three total times we’ve purchased a home using the VA Loan. Will highly recommend them over and over as we haven’t seen many other lenders top their customer service and support throughout the process. We always feel informed and like we’re part of the entire process during each step, whereas other lenders keep to themselves while working on things behind the scenes. Grateful for VU and will always recommend them for VA Loans.
